We don't yet know what caused the heart attack, but it's not all that surprising. The guy used a lot of stimulants, both recreationally and for fat loss, which stress the heart. Saunas cause vasodialation which also puts a lot of stress on the heart. He may have also had a heart defect. According to his mom, he had a history of high blood pressure and dizziness, getting worse in the weeks leading up to his death. Zyzz did admit to steroid use. It's possible for steroids to increase stress on the cardiovascular system, largely by causing rapid growth in body mass. This is made worse if (like Zyzz) a person does no cardiovascular exercise. It is highly unlikely that Zyzz's death was caused directly by steroids. He certainly did not "overdose" on them. At present, we really don't know exactly what happened. It's possible we never will.

I said that I would have had more respect for him if he did everything naturally (Apart from protein). I never said that he didn't put in hard work, obviously you still have to work out, and stick to a strong regiment. So for that I have a small amount of respect for him, in that sense.
