What up fitness people? How's everyone doing? What kinda workouts you rollin with these days? Best pre workout you've had? Diets? Let me know how ya'll are doing! I'll upload a vid that one of my lifting partners took of me at the end of our shoulder workout.. been switching up a new diet and trying not to drink so much as it is essential killing my gains lol. But let's see some pictures of yall too. (Reevesy, steroids, Obr) especially. MOFFITT N TRIS N WALL EYE TOO

hey there kody

doing a compound heavy split and am currently cutting for summer (lol)

diet is pretty shit considering i'm back at home as opposed to my place so it's relatively clean although subject to some bad foods, all under maintenance though.

meals just pretty much consist of chicken/redmeat with rice/potatoes

what's your stuff looking like?

will be good to see the video too (nohomo)

how did i forget the moffits.. i'm a dumbass. good to hear from you bro.. i'm doing splits now aswell. week 3 now. my diet isn't terrible, but i gotta find some will power and stop drinking so fucking much.. what can i say.. i love it

I'm doing fine bro, i'm still cutting from 108kg to 82kg atm (height187cm), last kgs are the hardest to lose ffs:p

still got some fat on my stomach i really hate that.. hopefully it's gone near the summer i really hope so working hard on it.

Doing pyramid at the moment 12-10-8-6, my arms are getting bigger so im really happy about that.

5 times a week cardio, 3 times after my workout, 25mins on 130-140 heart rate and 2 times on my free days. Also doing football everyday with friends.

I'm using a fat burner (dexperine) at the moment and i see some changes already (lost 1cm on my stomach already after 4days of using it).. it gives me more energie, no hungry feeling and 160% more fat burning and some more shit. Drinking lots of water lately (3/4liter) and eating a bit healthier than i did before, like eating chips once or twice a week, now i don't eat it anymore and fries only once a week instead of twice.

sounds like you're knockin out alotta cardio. have you tried doing any drop/tri sets? those really get the heart poundin too.

Currently doing a 5 day split with weekend for rest. Got to 85 kilos/187lbs on bulk (I'm 5'9 or 177cm, manlet I know). However right now I'm cutting down to 10-12% before winter (Autumn at the moment) hits then bulking up through winter before cutting back down in late spring/summer. I'm considering to go on a strict clean bulk regime after that.

At 82 kilograms/180.4lbs right now, need to drop down to 78~ kilograms/170 lbs to hit the 10-12% mark. Right now I'm trying to be as strict as possible with my diet; logging all my calories and macros, not drinking booze etc. I need to add some cardio onto the end of my weights and possibly start a fat burner but I'm estimating I'm around 15% right now. I want to hit 10-12% in around 5-6 weeks, slow 500-600 deficit. May do keto towards the end but I think being consistent and steady will do the trick.

Reason I stopped bulking early ( was aiming originally for 87-90 kgs) was that because of flatting with 6 others and food here goes crazy, Can't afford to bulk on a student budget right now but that should change soon.

170lbs to me is really fking light, even for 5'9 so hopefully my cut will be over before I know it and I"ll be back to putting on mass.

haha so many cutters!

yeh mate im cutting, dropped from 15 to 13% bf already. doing keto and just incorporated EC stack into the equation. cutting on 2300-2500 a day till 8-9% bodyfat early june hopefully, then ill intermittent fast and maintain throughout summer. not using pre-workout now on ec but i was using jack3d in first 3 weeks of cut to compensate for no carb energy sources.

test-e bulk after summer plz ha.

holy shit lotta people cutting. guess i need to man up and follow suite. see lots are doing split workout's as well.. i wish i woulda started a split sooner! looking good tris, triko you're on that cuttin shit too huh and no pre workout.. self motivation.. nicely down.
