k i train shoulders every 5th day, so 25 days ago i seated military pressed 60kg/132lb for 11 reps (i touch my fucking chest with the bar no half rep shit), and today i managed 72.5kg/160lb x11... i have no fucking idea how considering since i started the training cycle ive lost 14lb loool.
