Kody Posted April 12, 2012 Posted April 12, 2012 (edited) what's up everybody.. just thought I'd share a little meal that's packed with protein and pretty lean. and also how I eat my vegetables for people like me out there. Carribean jerk chicken.. easy enough. I prefer buying chicken fresh rather than frozen. any will do, this one is tyson fillets. throw some carribean jerk in a ziplock bag but be sparring. this shit contains a decent amount of sodium and a little flavor go's a long way. I add a little water to mine to thin it out. throw the chicken in the bag and marinade it for a couple hours or over night. I also add red pepper flakes because I like spicy food. I bake the chicken over aluminum foil so it's one less dish to clean..(lazy I know) Now.. for me I like to eat fresh vegetables for multiple reasons. not only are they better for you than when you microwave the fucking hell out of them but I think they taste better too. always a convenience factor with this however so this is what I do.. they keep pretty damn well and it's easy to snack on Here is the bag and some hot sauce that I love. great taste and only 85mg of sodium per serving.. considerably lower than most hot sauce.(cholula) little low fat cottage cheese, and the rice to top it off. I cut my chicken up because I'm a weirdo and overly cautious about raw chicken. the rice is birdseye steam in a bag. about $1.25 USA for a bag that makes about 2.5 cups. i have no problem paying that to avoid dealing with the hassle of steaming rice. Its brown and wild + carrots, peas and corn. and I had to add a little bit of cheese.. sharp cheddar ftw hope you enjoy, if you try it out let me know how it goes! -kody Edited April 12, 2012 by Kody

As for supplementation, i take a homemade whey/glutamine/BCAA mix post workout, i'm looking into trying out every single supplement on the market, each month :D lol thanks everyone else
