Don't think it will be too popular but max out first, use your money on leeching dung, Turmoil and combat skills like chinning and bursting :)

2 get 1-99con its like 110m also to have a "good" house is like easy 200m+ so just spend ur money/time on maxing out a pure n joining foe much cheaper more fun
