Turmoil 28 def rune gloves? help

I know you got guides on here but I am still confused with if you can get rune gloves and 28 def with turmoil?

I have already completed nature spirit and have rune gloves doing the turm quests now

u cant be 28 def turm with rune gloves im pretty sure but u can always look up the quests u need n see which ones give u def what lies below is one of them
