I think KBD probably has a little higher chance than normal black dragons tbh. I've killed well over 5k blacks on multiple accounts and never gotten one off them, but in around 4k Iron/Steel Dragons I got one..

Been having shtty luck there ever since then though I can't even get a damn skirt (n)
