Maxed 61 Attack Turmoil Rune Pure [P0ke Begins]

I maxed my turmoil rune pure which I've been working on since December 2011. I didn't bot any of it, trained all of my stats legit. Was on ChrisArchieProds when I did max out a few days ago because of the fail that was involved. Here's the video:

Nah because if I'm 61 attack and get 45 def, I'll only be 99 combat. And if I get 62 attack and 45 def, I'll be 100 combat. I have no use for vigour because I'm only 60 attack anyway and can't access anything good.
