Targ drops/drops in general gotten worse?

I was wondering when comb bracelets and shit would come back, the statuettes died out then?

some of you are stupid.  Back in the day, you could get a 40k kill no matter which pure you killed.  Now you have to WAIT to get ep or else the kill will be junk no matter what your oponent loses.  Since im waiting 30 mins for a targ, i should be getting 30 mins of loot which in the old wild would be close to 500k.
