DeltaPapa Posted August 15, 2012 Author Posted August 15, 2012 (edited) The guy called me out, so thought i would update it from when i last updated it. Been pretty lazy to be honest. As in i supposed to have an "arm day" but in like 2/3 weeks, i haven't done it, down to sheer laziness. My current weight stands at 11.6stone. Im pretty proud of this, seeing as the only cardio i do, is run back from the gym, which takes around 20-25minutes. My diet this past week has been bad. Not unhealthy bad, however having like a bowl of oats, a protein shake, and a can of tuna. Thats it for the entire day. Looking forward to start bulking. I wish when i started this 'cut' i took measurements, as in pictures you cant really see a whole lot of difference, yet i feel much smaller and overall happier. Update pictures: Fair enough that last picture is with a bit of belly suck in, however thats how i usually stand. Dog Posted August 16, 2012 Posted August 16, 2012 need to do ur rear delts paddawan this - start doing some rear delt rows or flies + personally i think you're doing too much front delts. 3 exercises just for them o.O
