So people need to make sure no one gets their i.p address, or else you basically have to make a new account/change your i.p address. Luckily this doesnt happen in pure pking, just main pking. Its very sad though, and people can even get sent to prison for it.

Dynamic Ip If im right changes your Ip everytime you turn the modem off and then back on.

It does change your ip in a way but no your actual isp ip address which is alot different then the ip your router  throws out. You cant change your isp ip unless you call them.

I think they should of just counted their loses and kept the amount of people that know about it to a minimum, but now im sure a lot of people are gonna figure out how to do it =/
