I'm not a fan of the concepts of IF but it has been proven to give good results.

If you are going ahead with this surely a better idea would be say no eating between 7pm-1pm and then eating between 1pm-7pm. This way you can have dinner at say 7, go to sleep at 11-12 and then go without eating in the morning when you wake up until 1pm, have lunch then go to the gym, have a post workout meal and then dinner later; fitting your macros in that time period.

I dunno just an idea, seems more logical then starving yourself until the evening.

this would be better for you delta.

the only reason i fast till later in the evening is because i'm usually working all day.

Didnt like it at all lol.

you are idiots.

it does not say when you have to have your window.

you could have your eating window between like 2pm and 6pm... then your sleeping through most of your none eating.

This won't work i'm telling you right now. The best meal plan that worked for me was eating 6 small meals a day. Alot of water and i don't eat any carbs after six.I'm very fit atm. Your going to lose muscle mass if you do fasting, and you won't feel good during the day.

yeah iv been doing it for months. i see no reason not to do it.

my feeding window is 11am-7pm.. pretty sure iv been doing this without realising ever since i started bbing anyway lol.. i usually get up at 10 and usually in bed by 11 so not hard for me at all. and yes there are many good points to IF with reliable sources backing them up. a lot of good information on leangains.com also. im currently doing martins body recomp as iv finished my cut and looking to maintain/make small lean-gains untill summer finishes.

iv found incorporating carb cycling to IF gives unbelievable results when trying to lose the last bf %, e.g. i went from 11-9% just as quick as 15-13%

fuck you on about kid. iv been doing this for a while now feel fine during the day and all this 'fasting = muscle loss' shit is bollocks. Your fat is used for energy. Not your muscles. explain how constantly fuelling your body with food to burn is better than fasting and forcing your body to dig into your fat stores for energy??

You can also bulk whilst intermittent fasting btw.
