Well everytime I go to KBD with a team, people say they have high lsp because they just been to GWD. Maybe that helped you?

The bigger the drop people get when you see that message, the bigger your Lsp rises

if ur doing ls not cs and some recives a bandos hilt you recive your share of lsp so if there is 2 people in the team and the other person gets the hilt then u recive 20m ish worth of lsp if there are more people in your team you recive a less amount of lsp.
