I currently got turm and some spare cash towards either chinning 99 range or getting ovls

Mainly want best for clanning,

if i get ovls i will still chin 90 for now, if i chin 99 il get 85 herb for now

So foe which first?

I would suggest Overloads. Bear in mind you'd also unlock Extremes (for training), Spec Recovers, and Super Antifires.

overloads can only be bought, range xp can be got by pking or using range to do w/e
