Tango_Oscar Posted August 5, 2012 Posted August 5, 2012 So ive just started using myfitnesspal.com the daily macros i should be having arent what i want, like the protein per day is 80g, but i want nearer 200 and less carbs. Is there a way to alter your macro values per day?
