So ive just started using myfitnesspal.com

the daily macros i should be having arent what i want, like the protein per day is 80g, but i want nearer 200 and less carbs.

Is there a way to alter your macro values per day?

lol make your own diet, those things are gay, make u eat more carbs n fat than protein

nah ive only lost like 45 pounds n got stronger, idiot, in my eyes high protein moderate carbs, cutting them off at night and low fat is best

listen mate, ive read zyzz bodybuilding bible, from cover to cover about 23 times. low carb high proton is best.
