Went out last night with few mates and got pretty drunk, fucked up my diet pretty much for this week since calories and too fucking bad hangover to workout today. Gonna look into minimizing its using to just few beers on weekend and/or for special occasions. Just wondering how often you guys consume it since heres few lads who take workouting pretty seriously.

During school time it is just twice a week getting drunk if bad 3 if good 1. I know it is horribly unhealthy and shit and the worst thing is that you get more resistent the more you drink it which means you gotta drink a more and more. But other than that I am a very healthy person

I couldn't drink for 6 weeks when I had mono 1st semester, now I got 4 weeks no drinking from antibiotics for lyme disease. Better believe when I ain't medicated I'm gonna drink weekly.. Really the calories ain't shit, if you put your social life on the backburn (and let's be honest, we're all pretty much 16-22 so drinking is highly social), you have some misguided principles. Being healthy is fine, but aren't you getting healthy to be happy? No happy person neglects their social life. Bit ironic to say that on a runescape forum, but come on now, it's true.

All you guys who are not drinking while you're getting jacked are gonna regret it when you're 24 and drinking is not as socially conventional. I agree with Luke, you don't have to drink to have fun, but if you have fun drinking then why not? You're only young once, have some fun.
