Reevesy Posted August 7, 2012 Posted August 7, 2012 I drink 2 to 3 times a week. All you guys who are not drinking while you're getting jacked are gonna regret it when you're 24 and drinking is not as socially conventional. I agree with Luke, you don't have to drink to have fun, but if you have fun drinking then why not? You're only young once, have some fun. ur stupid. "you should be drinking whilst getting jacked" rofl how the fuck u gonna lose weight if u drink twice a week and have 2 hangovers which leads to eating either nothing or shit the day after. you should drink after you are finished with ur cuts and whatever, then its not so bad.
Tris Posted August 7, 2012 Posted August 7, 2012 Used to go out drinking every weekend, getting absolutely thrashed at parties and walking home at 3 in the morning. Day after I would be so hungover with a sore/upset stomach I couldn't eat to my calories on bulk or be bothered even to eat much at all on cut and it would already be 2 in the afternoon. Sure it's fun drinking and partying every weekend socially but if you are keen on getting ripped/buff whatever you want to call it then you have to limit yourself; the calories and effects brought by alcohol to your body do effect your training and physique . I haven't been 'wasted' in a good 4-5 months now and I only drink maybe one item of booze on special occasions. Some might look at that as sad but one is still able to have a good time at a party sober, you just are put in a different perspective.
cigarollo Posted August 7, 2012 Posted August 7, 2012 Don't drink beer during the weekends if you're serious about working out lol. That has so many calories it's retarded, try doing crystal meth or heroine that has no fat in it. yolo quote brah
Sopuli Posted August 7, 2012 Author Posted August 7, 2012 you can still have fun at parties without getting wasted Jon & Luke luls, basicly what Tris said applies to me aswell, used to get wasted every weekend and sometimes during the week aswell but gonna change that asap :L
Tango_Oscar Posted August 7, 2012 Posted August 7, 2012 Nah i dont drink alcohol whats the point. Besides it wud be dangerous to drink when ur taking 17-aa compounds
Jon Posted August 7, 2012 Posted August 7, 2012 Drink gin straight. Minimal calories. Or Molson Canadian 67, only 67 calories. Parties are the best when everyone is trashed. No one like that one sober guy or barely tipsy who is actually making concious decisions.
Dog Posted August 8, 2012 Posted August 8, 2012 why do so many ppl who dont lift post in this section constantly just quoting eachother being all HAHAAHAH UR GAY, U SUCK.. etc. go away rofl! OT: rarely, don't have the money to tbh, i'm only part time atm at work and too many expenses. there's no harm in it really in the grand scheme, just make it fit into your diet, which is hard when cutting I guess, but even still, being on maintenance or slightly above one day out of 7 isn't going to hurt
Jonny Posted August 8, 2012 Posted August 8, 2012 why is everyone crying about not being to work out every day then? I work out 3 days a week which is enough for me, my goal is to gain a few more Kilogramm and obviously I know that alcohol is bad for me. But I can have fun when drinking too and why not have fun when being young. Coke, weed, McDonalds, even Subway are unhealthy for you too. Or what about RuneScape. Is that healthy for us?
Tango_Oscar Posted August 8, 2012 Posted August 8, 2012 Yeh so many non lifters here jumping on the bandwagon. I DRINK CAUSE IM COOL AS FK, BUT I ALSO LIFT HEAVY, GAIN KEELOS!!

DeltaPapa Posted August 8, 2012 Posted August 8, 2012 nah but when its a question about exercise, you pretty much do have to do some sort of exercise to post - which half the people are missing.

ph0ne Posted August 9, 2012 Posted August 9, 2012 No different to a cheat day imo fakitye Personal preference, you can have a cheat day, go through 10g protein and rest in simple sugars and will feel somewhat Okay tomorrow as long as you eat properly next day, drink heavy then try lift the next day doesn't work for me, whatever is best for you though =]
