Vlooieneuker Posted September 9, 2009 Posted September 9, 2009 its pretty easy. jagex really hit pures in the ass as you need 30+DEf (between a rock) to start this one. after the quest you can kill 2 new monsters for dragon pickaxe and handcannon weapon. lvl117 dwarf ogre thing drops the pickaxe, lvl100 cannoneer drops the new cannon and the ammo for it. 100 hand cannon shots (2K gp ea) was only drop i got after about 100 dwarf kills. left after that because even more people rolled in. jagex didnt take care of the flood of people like usual. will have 50+people in each world as the pickaxe is 4m in ge and handcannon has 150 rangestr bonus.

I X Fang X I Posted September 9, 2009 Posted September 9, 2009 got offers in on main for pickaxes, hand cannons, and shots. so far got 100 shots in ge =p lookin forward to getting a cannon and testing it out oh and been camping there since i finished quest just left, too many people, got junk every kill, only been killin the 117's though and the occasional cannon dwarf when they're not spawned yet

Awww muffin, their apologies that giving you the ability to wield overpowered weapons and pretty much the majority of the rest of the game to play around with wasn't good enough for you because you chose not to get defense. Anyways, I'm quite thrilled the dragon pickaxe has come out. Waited 4 years for this quest and the rewards are quite decent, guess 85 mining will take less time than I thought it would.
