i love how in the videos for his routine when it says 'one minute rest' he has some little cheeky kunt smile on his face, made me laugh

Dumbbell Pullover: 2 sets 12 reps 11kg, 1 set 8 reps 15kg

Close-Grip Pulldown: 32kg (can’t recall, I think it was that) 2 sets 10 reps, 1 set 6 reps with 1 more weight

One-Arm Row (each arm): 2sets 11kg 12 reps, 1 set 13kg 8 reps

Wide-Grip Cable Row: 2 sets 25kg per arm, 1 set 6reps 32kg ea (I suffered on that one)

Barbell Deadlifts : 6reps 40kg, won’t do it again as i hurt my back a bit (couldn’t manage the way down properly, maybe it was too heavy)

ate like a fucking pig, it seems like i'm already building muscle

At least i'm numb (in a good way lol) every time i leave the gym.. i have trouble lifting my shirt off before the showers rofl

just gonna post in lbs as most of the weights are so

i haven't stopped but didn't post (fuck you sefket)

28/08

bench press: 2x12 65lbs , 1x6 105lbs, 1x8 85lbs (2 weeks ago when i started i did 80 tops)

dumbbell flyes: 3x10 22.5lbs

pulldown thingy: 1x12 70lbs, 1x10 80lbs, 1x7 90lbs

dumbbell 1 arm curl: 2x10 25lbs (second serie was more like half ones towards the end)

double curl standing shit: about 2x7 still 20kgs (50lbs) approx, the next one is too heavy, i just do more reps

very noticeable physical difference, although i can't gain much weight (can't get myself to eat enough)

If you can't eat enough, eat shit food, and get a weight gainer shake
