Trying to create a 2.9k Cal Diet

This is so fuckin frustrating lol.

Finished, and i've got 1k calories left, 175g of carbs left and 62g of protein left ffs.

Literally going to be eating 8 meals or something...

Cant think of any foods that can give me 175g of carbs without eating shit loads. The protein i can probably manage, but dem carbs.

What im going for:

Calories: 2900

Protein: 241g (1.5g per lbs/weight)

Fat: 64.4g (20%)

Carbs: 339g

Reckon my carbs are too high? Raise protein up?

Thinking of adding a Jacket Potato + Cottage cheese, but that will only raise it by like 50g carbs and 15g protein.

Maybe just add more oats and pasta :/

I can also slip in a casin protein, which will give my the required protein amount. But then il be fucked with like 110 carbs, and not allowed any protein lol.

potatoes r 17g carbs per 100 grams, so a potato with 50g carbs in would be pretty hench
