Literally going to be eating 8 meals or something... Cant think of any foods that can give me 175g of carbs without eating shit loads. The protein i can probably manage, but dem carbs. Maybe just add more oats and pasta :/ I can also slip in a casin protein, which will give my the required protein amount. But then il be fucked with like 110 carbs, and not allowed any protein lol.
