Theres a guy my size at my gym who benches 36s and rows 40s. Shoulders 26/09 Rotator cuff shit. Dumbbell Shoulder Press 10s x 7 warmup 22s x 7 22s x 6 20s x 9 ^ much stronger than last workout Dumbbell Shrugs 20s x 15 32s x 12 32s x 12 32s x 10 Barbell Shrugs 70 x 12 70 x 12 Side Lateral Raises 6s x 15 8s x 12 10s x 10 Seated Face Pulls Realised afterwards that there was 4-5 incriment weights[think they're 2.5kg each but idk so i'm not gonna add it on] on the stack, so a lot heavier than i thought i was doing but this is the numbers i thought i was doing: 18.75 x 15 21.25 x 12 23.75 x 12
