Marc|Criti Posted September 17, 2012 Posted September 17, 2012 As a kid I was never interested in exercise, starting playing games, etc, obviously and put on a bit of weight. I never thought I'd enjoy going to the gym or working out, but after going for around 2-3 months now, between 5 and 6 times a week I've noticed some great changes in my body, namely my strength and I have muscle that I never had before. The only thing is I still have some fat left around my stomach which I really want rid of :P I'm really here just for a bit of advice from you guys, should I start taking protein/creatine, etc, what diet plans could you recommend and workout routines? I'm 22 years old and 70kgs, so 154 pounds I think that is, I used to be around 165-170 before working out. Any advice and feedback is appreciated. inb4somekidstrytrollingandbeingretardswiththeirextrachromosome Weighed myself at gym, just got back I'm 73KGs, and I'm 5'11, so not rly small. you're heavily in denial. unless you mean height, btw disregard 90% of the posters on this board, like 3 people lift. just continue to cut thats the only thing you can do really, until you're happy with ur bf% U WOT M8?
