Hit your macros, keep eating at a caloric deficit, sadly you can't spot reduce fat haha, stomach is usually the last spot where you lose your fat, just keep going at it brah

As a kid I was never interested in exercise, starting playing games, etc, obviously and put on a bit of weight. I never thought I'd enjoy going to the gym or working out, but after going for around 2-3 months now, between 5 and 6 times a week I've noticed some great changes in my body, namely my strength and I have muscle that I never had before. The only thing is I still have some fat left around my stomach which I really want rid of :P

I'm really here just for a bit of advice from you guys, should I start taking protein/creatine, etc, what diet plans could you recommend and workout routines? I'm 22 years old and 70kgs, so 154 pounds I think that is, I used to be around 165-170 before working out.

Any advice and feedback is appreciated.

Weighed myself at gym, just got back I'm 73KGs, and I'm 5'11, so not rly small.

you're heavily in denial. unless you mean height, btw disregard 90% of the posters on this board, like 3 people lift. just continue to cut thats the only thing you can do really, until you're happy with ur bf%
