have a word with adhi/ph0ne/walli/reevsey.

I don't personally take suppliments so no idea, would just rest and ride out the pain

Its probably the pump you are feeling

All the blood rushing to that body part

Either that or its creatine. Creatine is hardcore stuff and should be respected.

As far as any side effects or symptoms of deficiency some people may notice a tingling sensation on the skin in the first few weeks directly after ingestion that lasts about an hour. Eventually this subsides after a few weeks of supplementation. It is caused by how Beta Alanine binds to nerve receptors. It is not felt by everyone, so it is not a sign of it working or not.

Creatine is awsome. :D

first thing that came to mind was preworkout but as you said you haven't taken any

maybe lower your dose of creatine? are you taking more than 5g a day?

try taking it a little more after post, creatine isn't specifically a postworkout, it'll saturate your muscles and keep them saturated no matter what time of day you take it i'm pretty sure, as long as you're doing it every day

o didn't see you found that beta alanine was cause ;p

its just your blood moving through your shit faster.

weren't sure what u were on about till i got it today lol. had a quick 25min chest/arm workout this morning before a lesson, was no rest in between sets, supersetted a lot, was very intense. anyway got out of that and 5mins later was sat in a 90minute french lesson, biceps were shaking/tingling like mad lol for the entire lesson felt so uneasy n prob looked like a druggy.

I normally start shaking and stuff when i take my protein tablets (300mg pure whey) its quite hardcore but honestly take 3 a day and ull really feel it!

Cellucor c4 is shit, was having like 5 scoops and it hardly affected me.

Old superpump 250 was the best.

I doubt any preworkouts will do anything for me, 3 scoops of craze does nothing :/ and the beta alanine makes me feel sick
