Yes, paid through our taxes. If someone from another country comes, they get free healthcare too. Watched a documentary (Dr Sicko? I think) of a yank coming to the UK went to hospital and was shocked when he didn't have to pay, seeing the fees US citizens pay is blasphemy if their not insured.

Pretty much same stuff as in Canada lol, but pretty sure you need Health Card to get free health care not sure if i am right..

I wonder how Americans Health care is like.

Our healthcare isn't free, we get taxed up the ass to pay for that shit and we (Canada) still run a deficit. Thankfully our economy wasn't hit as hard as the others.

Our economy is one of the best in terms of regulation (monetary & fiscal) hence why we didn't collapse like the US. That's what I like about Canada, and Hockey ofcourse.
