New Names Might be Good/Bad thing

So listen guys i was looking through the posts bout the new names and i am not exactly so sure. Think bout this. Youll have kids trying to change their names to famous pkers names... Youll have no idea whos for real and whos a poser... And youll have kids changing their names every single day and people taking their old ones. A pro to this is How you can change your name as someone else said FOE Dave or something like that to show ur clan, but you will also have kids pretending they are in clans and changing their names.

Heres what i believe Jagex should do... For the clan system... Jagex should put an option in so just like in Mobilising armies... Your clan will show up next to your name when you are in the Main cc, we will be able to keep our names..

2nd, to limit the name changing, maybe a small fee or a limit to changing it.

I like the concept as well, but I see the issues with kids changing their names to certain things and whatnot. But I'm sure theres a limit on how many times you could do it, and cmon' if you say hei would YOU believe its the real one? I think not.

if you get on just as they update you might be able to get urself a 1 letter/1 word name. And yeah, i agree stupid noobs will take famous people who quit 's names which would be kinda shit

If you read the update, it takes a matter of weeks to completely change the name, during those weeks it shows your original name, also, for example, if hiei the pk changed his name to jebus. Hiei the pk would not be able to be took over for a matter of months, and if he didnt like jebus he could go back to hiei.

I don't see any problem with it. All other games allow name changes at a price, so if they do it, putting a price tag would be the best idea for them as well as the problem people have with name changing ( for some odd reason?). Your name is safe and it gives people a chance to change a name they arent to happy with instead of starting new.

You obv wont be able to use names that have already been used or banned. and there would be a limit to it like every 6 months.. so its totaly fair.

I see benefits. For example, my friend has an rsn that's "Nigz" or something like that, and it's perm-banned with like 4 santas on it (He got them when they used to be like 200k). With the name-change option, people now have a chance to change their ofensive names and get their old accounts back :D
