After debate in the UK, about if police should always be armed, i think we can take lessons from the USA and get a good answer.

Basically this guy in a care home, wouldn't settle down at night, so they called the police. The guy was wielding a ball point pen (take note he is in a wheelchair) so the officer felt threatened and shot him in the head rofl.

Pretty sure the officers arms could easily turn his chair over, or get out a batton, NOPE. Glocks him.
