Yeh uve got a bad approach to training, get yourself in a gym instead at home.

Everybody knows homegyms arent enough, your muscles stagnate and adapt to the lifts very quickly.

And its funny when ur natural, and eating shitty foods that you think you have the right to say somebody is cheating because they take "roids" but do everything nearly perfectly just because they look better than you.

You should start cutting now, by eating creatine sandwiches (for the size) and clanbutroll for the rippedness

i will never understand how people can train at home.

i love the gym atmosphere and meeting loads of new people in which you share a common interest with etc, have made loads of good friends from gym.

and i really cant picture myself staring at a wall during my rest-periods at home, rather than enjoying staring at people in the gym. and no girls to accidently use the water machine at the same time as them

only benefit of home gym is being able to blast your own music as loud as you want

I do have a garage gym. I have a squat rack, bench, pull up bar with alternate grips, combo bar, straight bar, dumbell bars, 18 5kilo plates, 4 3.75kilo plates, 4 2.5 kilo plates, 6 1.25 kilo plates and 4 0.5 kilo plates. All collected over the last year. I go to the gym once a week to do my legs, and take advantage of the cable machines. I know what you mean about muscles adapting to the lifts quickly. Checking out the college gym tomorrow just found out it was £10 a year, but i've heard its shit. Going to Uni next year anyway and can't bring all my stuff there. But it's not like i'm some guy doing sit ups, press ups and dumbell curls. I am able to hit every muscle at home, just not as efficiently as at the gym. A chest like that doesn't come without a bench buddy. You can even see how fucking epic it is through the vest

I barely squat anymore(at home) since going to the gym for leg day, as for deadlifts, I stopped doing them a while ago because it could only go up to like 100 kilos, barely deadlift anymore, but i'm getting 4x10 kilo plates from my uncle soon so might start doing em again

buy at least one set of 20s or 25s so you can deadlift from the correct height lol, 10s will put u on a massive deficit as is

bit off topic:

I go to the gym once a week :) normally on a Saturday, sometimes sunday. I want to take advantage of the equipment for my weakest areas i.e back and triceps as well as legs. Is it crazy to go in there and do all 3 on the same day?

Heres what i was thinking:

Monday: Chest/Bi (home)

Tuesday: Rest

Wednesday: Back (home)

Thursday: Tri (home)

Friday: rest

Saturday: Shoulders (home)

Sunday: Legs/Back/Tri (gym day)

What do you think?

Go to a gym and then do summat like

Monday - Chest/tri

Tuesday - Back/bi

Wednesday - Rest

Thursday - Shoulders

Friday - Legs

Saturday - Arms

Sunday - Rest

Its hard for somebody to give you a gym routine as different things work for different people.

take a picture without good lighting, not tensing, and think what do i particularly want to improve, whether its the V taper in your back, or your arms or whatever

I do arms twice a week as i react well to it.
