Hotkeying Posted October 10, 2012 Author Posted October 10, 2012 Go to a gym and then do summat like Monday - Chest/tri Tuesday - Back/bi Wednesday - Rest Thursday - Shoulders Friday - Legs Saturday - Arms Sunday - Rest Its hard for somebody to give you a gym routine as different things work for different people. take a picture without good lighting, not tensing, and think what do i particularly want to improve, whether its the V taper in your back, or your arms or whatever I do arms twice a week as i react well to it. That routine is pretty standard, but as I said, due to me being retarded and neglecting areas for so long, a standard routine isn't what I need. I know 100% what I need to improve on; Lower and upper back, triceps so I want to do those twice a week. I've been hearing that doing Chest/Bi on the same day is good from some of my ex-clan mates, is that a good, heard of way of working out? Cos everyone here seems to be doing the complete opposite.

Tango_Oscar Posted October 10, 2012 Posted October 10, 2012 Fuck shoulders+traps is my longest day lol, so many different little muscles u have to try hit, not just talking about posterior anterior and lateral head. Biceps/chest is good, but dont do chest/biceps, then the next day back/triceps, as ull just be fucked, specially if ur doing an arm day on friday. If you want to build ur back (upper back + lower back believe it or not, makes up the full back) then google back mass gaining routine or summat :s

Done it before lol, takes about 2 hours but then again, the reason I go on the weekend is cos thats when my mum goes (i can grab a lift there) and shes there for hours doing cardio so makes sense. also what a joke: The free weights suite is not included in the £10 yearly fee - to use this, students will be required to pay each time they use this (£3.50/session - off peak, £4.50/session - peak
Steroids Posted October 10, 2012 Posted October 10, 2012 if i didn't want an individual arm day id always do chest/bi and back/tri, makes a lot of sense. tbh idk why your trying to improve certain things more than others rly, lower back....lol k. you just need to add more overall mass, the lagging things will catch up anyway aslong as you don't continue to neglect and or use the shit form that has made them lag behind. ever considered a routine like this: legs push pull rest repeat this kind of routine makes a lot more sense than many of the broscience 5 splits etc, look into it.

Dog Posted October 10, 2012 Posted October 10, 2012 as steroids said just work everything evenly, it'll even out eventually. my backs my strongest point by far I think, not sure what i'd attribute that to tbh.
