B: I don't see the point in cutting just yet; i'd end up just bulking again anyway

I couldn't possibly care less about how I look right now, because lets face it in real life where the majority of people don't even lift my current body is more than appealing, even though on the internet where, despite the majority of people being fucking beta's, standards are higher than ever and apparently if you don't look like zyzz after 1 year of lifting, you're doing something wrong.

Agreed with hotkeying tbh, the standard on these forums are abit high, you could look like phil heath (prefer kai greene) and somebody would say shit.

However there is always something to be improved on, its hard taking advice from somebody in worse shape than you (by you i mean the person being critisized).

- you are obviously aware of what cutting means so why would I tell you how to? :wacko: What I was saying is that you look like you have enough muscles :laugh:

- the picture from before you started lifting showed your face which looked good (from that angle :blink: ), also looked thin (talking about the features not the fucking diameter of the neck <_< ).

- the more weight you put on, the uglier you face is getting :angry2: (the pics show that...). And I guess it is because you have too much body fat (bulking... :ph34r: ).

- you lift for aesthetics -_- . Why not cut and see how you look before becoming a 110kg bull who looks good only below the neck :mellow2: ?

I heard losing fat doesn't take that long in comparison to gaining muscle, but i've never done it myself so can't really compare. But yes cutting is hard I guess, with the strict diet, no alcohol possible cardio etc

that is true. If you think about it like this, if ur a 200lb guy, u'd need to lose 2 pounds to be 1% bf less, but if u were to bulk u'd need to gain something like 5 pounds of muscle to 1 pound of fat to be 1% leaner. I think bulking strictly and not getting carried away requires more dedication than a cut (in my own eyes anyway) seeing as though, u could just go ok ill eat pizza itll bulk it, not completely counter productive, but if u eat a pizza on cut its like fuck this waste of time.jpg. however that being said, it does just wind up a waste of time when uve dreamer bulked 10 pounds of muscle and 5+ pounds of fat, that is very annoying, hence why im bulking right now on 3200ish cals, 2600-3000 on rest days. I really dont want to get stuck back in that rut lol.

marc he's only disregarding his looks now because when he has put on more muscle, he can easily cut and get his face down to that bodyfat percentage again, whilst maintaining the upper-body muscle he has gained.

Also Marc thanks, but I don't think I "have enough muscles" yet to cut maybe its a psychological thing. Although I have considered doing it just to see what i'd look like, i'd rather get all the profit at once and either cut this summer or summer of 2014 depending on my gains.

@ Reevsey getting my BF% tested today regardless of what it is, i'm going to start eating cleaner even though i'm bulking. No more chips, KFC, beer etc

its not even cleanliness of diet really just the surplus needs to be small. however clean foods, you get to eat about 10 times as much in volume. way more satisfying, when u realise this ull be like fuck.
