At the moment i'm trying to lose alot of body fat, I've always eaten healthy but since I've been on home d I'm starting to put on weight as i can't go for runs /Rock climbing/Surfing ect all of that goodstuff and burn calories, I'm just wondering what would be the best cardio to do being at home? I've brought a skipping rope but there's got to be more than that to do just trying to lose alot of body fat %

Also I've been using Muscletech Hardcore pro (Gold) But i'm not really liking the taste of it I'm wondering if anyone knows any other good proteins for muscle Gain and any Fat burners was going to use Whey to help contribute towards bodyfat loss.

Also i was told if you lower your cortisol levels by eating more beans, fish, whole grains, peas, beans, sunflower seeds and fruits such melons and orange ect and vitamin c lowers

cortisol levels.

Cortisol is the hormone that stores fat.

well man ive always been a person who runs around my neighborhood, and now i go to the gym and cardio after weights.

i cant rly imagine doing many cardio exercises in my house, but u could try p90X

not many 'fat burners' but try rather metabolism boosters

green tea, black cofee, lots of water, then a healthy diet. personally not rly experimented with many fat burner supplements as my gains (weight losses) have been pretty nuts and have felt no need to spend extra money. cud also grab some creatine bruv

look up intermittent fasting on bodybuilding forums as well..

P90x is oversold. Any general cardio after a good session of weights is what I'd go for, preferably something that has you working at around 70% of your max heart rate.

If you are talking about fat burners as in pills I wouldn't go near them.

Your body fat isn't going to drop off overnight. Keep with a 500-700 deficit with a decent gym split/routine and you will see big improvements in 10-12 weeks.

avoid the fat burners they sell at your local store mate

rather use metabolism booters just like Kyle said, green teas my fav but coffee does well aswell, 3 liters of water/day and you should be good

id recommend jogging and slow running depending on your physical condition for cardio, if you have a lot of overweight then start by walking 30mins-1h a day for 4-5 days a week so your knees wont snap right the moment you start running.

no excuses. get out of your house fatty and go for a walk, don't say you can't do that or you're just a huge failure. running isnt necessary. if u cant run then go walk for an hour a day till u can run.

I'm on Home d/House arrest I can't leave the house i'm actually not that fat i'll upload a picture soon i'm just wanting to lose more body fat as i'm starting to pack it on.

just start counting calories in / macros and get a strong calorie deficit. cardio isn't even necessary to lose weight, try carb cycling/fasting/keto, w.e.

i enjoy cardio in gym/outside but at home? no thx lol

btw you look a lot better than i would have assumed with your obvious lack of knowledge lol. whey to fat burn? best protein to build muscle?

protein is protein, research macro-nutrients. could use a "fat burner" like ephedrine/yohimbine and it wouldn't be completely useless at your fairly low bf, but far from vital.

you're on house arrest, stay on the internet researching your arse off.

I haven't really pumped a lot of weight's I'm just really physical, Surfing, Rock climbing, Hunting use to run/do marathons alot of biking, Yeah i don't know alot because i'd blame it mostly on my genetics that have helped me a lot and i've always eaten healthy but I've noticed since I've been on 2 months/9 month sentance i'm starting to get a bit beefy.
