Walli Posted October 14, 2012 Posted October 14, 2012 Well over the summer with not having a job or much to do I was going to the gym but for some reason couldnt be arsed with cardio or anything other than rugby training once a week and games weekend. So was purely lifting. Managed to get my strength back up a reasonable amount to benching 90kg for reps again (was struggling to do 60-70 for reps at start of summer after cut). My eating wasnt the best though I have to say, dunno hwat it was but i find it harder to be arsed to make proper and good food when im not actually doing anything... dont ask me i dunno why just how i am. Been getting into playing some rugby again for a different team in the winter season and also been on a placement at a law dept for county council so generally been quite busy and struggled to hit the gym as much but my diet has been much better and when I have gone to the gym ive smashed cardio as well as lifting. As a side note, i did try clen but to be honest i dont think my body can handle it.. I know reevesy mentioned to me it can cause some nose bleeds but i was getting pretty bad nose bleeds and quite frequent so I only did clen for 5-8 days. Generally I am happy with what I am at currently, look good in my mind which is what matters, feel good and ploughing my way through plenty of sluts still and on that note the average has probably risen from a fat bitch when blind drunk on frosties to generally reasonable people you would show your friends after ;) with the occassional wtf did i fuck last night still thrown in. My targets are to completely smash the cardio for the next month or so still partly to be fit as i can be for rugby as im in a more important role now im fitter and in better shape so hopefully will lose more bodyfat. My second target is to gain more core strength by working more compounds on the times i go to the gym, what i mean by that is I am looking now to focus more on my bench, deads and squats. I quite enjoy doing all three in the same day a few times a week, some days I will look to go low rep on some and high weight, others will do the alternative of lower weight and high reps. My final smallish target is to throw in some more deltoid based exercises (primarily lateral raises which ive talked with dale about the other week) Unhappy with my shoulders, really want more size / definition on the delts i feel they are generally quite.. ergh Camera on this phone is tash quality.
