Purebser X Posted October 16, 2012 Posted October 16, 2012 (edited) I have learned alot from reading so many articles about fitness, but the thing i have the most problem with is my diet.The brother is bringing in cakes, and pizza i get tempted to eat pizza.I have notice that i have a slow metabolism so right now, im 100 percent focus on my diet.I will remain focus 17.3 percent bodyfat with 43 muscle is what my scale is saying,i was 18.9 percent body fat with 42 muscle which is a good improvement,butIm going to train extra hard to get to my goal which is 13-14 percent bodyfat.I'm taking a few suppliments to help me with this goal. No in all seriousness the only thing u can really do is encourage the person eating the shit food that they shouldnt eat shit food or not have it around you. Other than that, just try to fulfil your cravings in other ways like making protein flapjack etc
Reevesy Posted October 16, 2012 Posted October 16, 2012 nuvo the first 2 weeks of not 4eating shit things is so hard. i was like 40% bf at one time and you just have to get a mind set. its very hard to do, but you have to know what you want, what outweighs what etc, if you know whats good for you, you will put that shit u pick up back in the fridge/cupboard. that being said you don't haev to starve yourself. 'healthier' foods are less calorie dense anyways, for the most part.

k or as i Posted October 16, 2012 Posted October 16, 2012 (edited) eat 7-8 meals a day, if you are dropping BF % then eat less carbs, i eat 60% of my daily carbs before i go to the gym but thats just what works best for me, learn to eat cottage cheese and you will eat anything, if you go school cook your food and put it into plastic containers and eat every 2-3 hours. 3 days of lifting and 3 days of cardio+abs is a amazing routine i've gained so much strength in the last 2 months its fucking crazy. if you are going to do cardio and lifting on the same day then make sure you do your cardio after you lift. and most importantly make sure you are lifting correctly i see so many people at the gym that swing there boddies.
