Any tips on how to get 99 strength and attack?

Any advice on what monsters to train on and what invent set up's you would recommend to use?

Not sure man. I did bandits back before it became packed with bots. Your best bet would be botting it tbh, but if wanting to train legit, only thing I can think of is doing bandits, or taking a d scim down to monkey madness tunnels putting on auto retaliate and afk train str on them, just as if you were chinning. ya salve ammy (e) at either mm tunnels or banshees

vinewhip (80 slay + att) specs with ring of vigour + salve ammy at mm skeletons is probably fastest xp for pure

u can use loads of different scripts

xwaterfeind is best bcus u get charms but they got high def

trollinvasion bot if using dragon claws

Manly zombies kills armourd zombies you need quest: defender of varrock completed which is one of the def quest in order to get curses.

Or you can be a badass and train urself whit a salve ammy against undead creatures ^^

Alright cheers guys, i cant do armoured zombies because the quest gives def exp, so guess its bandits or banshees, ill look in too troll invasion pro.

Try slayer. When I still played that was a pretty fun way to level fast in general, with being given nice profit and slay xp, and varying tasks makes it less boring.
