why r ppl mentioning the size of his legs? he's an MMA fighter, not a bodybuilder, why would he train for mass :S

Power comes from your legs not upper body.

Power comes from your legs not upper body.

Not entirely true, power in punches and kicks comes from the entire body, power punches start by rotating the foot, then the hips, then the shoulders then the arm all in sequence.

People can hate on him, but the two current most dominant UFC champions, Anderson silva(middleweight) and Jon Jones (Light heavyweight) both have "chicken legs"

Which completely contradicts and makes your first post irrelevant, so again i'll ask, if he's an MMA fighter, not a bodybuilder, nor a boxer.. why would he train legs for mass?
