bad quality, but crushed some squares bars, cheese, 4 eggs, ketchup, mayo, salt, pepper onto that pasta

with a chicken nugget and cheese rap with extra chicken nuggets and sauce on the side along with 2 litres of water

90% less fat mayo :l and im on a 800 kal deficit so im loosingg BF fast, today ill be on like -200 kal deficit cos that meal was huge

3lbs of fat isn't the 'slightest fat' lol. plus it's nowhere near as easy as you're making out to gain fat, i've been on like 4000cals most days since I started bulking and i've not gained fat really.

just eat multiple meals throughout the day, never understood eating large amounts under one serving. idk bro unleash your broscience at me

Never seen the point in cheat days anyway, Brb delaying my progress when i can eat shit foods in small amounts anyway and just make it fit my macroes

pretty sure he's cutting anyway, who has "cheat days" during a bulk....?

look into refeed days, way more beneficial than a cheat day.
