Rofl hotkeying ur diluded as fuck, ur like 25% bodyfat and like 80kg. You look like shit mate.

Your chest is just fat. You will find cutting too hard so you will bulk as an excuse to eat what you want.

Sorry to be harsh but its true, stop thinking you have a better body composition than you actually do. Surely you find it strange everybody around you is saying your fat but you think your in better shape than somebody who is "famous" on the internet for being in good shape?

You're some fucking pawn in the army that devotes their entire life to working out, you've obviously been doing this for a while. You also have taken PED's. i'm an academic who's really been doing this since April, ALL NATTY, has an active social life and has to balance working out/dieting with work/college/girlfriend/social life plus i'm only 18. As for that picture, I don't see a belly, all I see is a draped vest due to a fucking huge chest sticking out. As for the tricep, its grown a lot in the short amount of time, despite being my weakest area BY FAR. You're obviously too fucking thick to notice the photo is LOW QUALITY, hindering the definition, why thats why you're a pawn in the military and I wear a suite.

Your belly clearly sticks out, and you have a crease under your armpit from the layers of fat.

And whether you have a high quality picture or low quality, it isnt going to add inches to your arms or add special shadows in places to make you look more defined :s

You havn't got a picture of you topless in your other topic, apart from august, in which your chest looks average at the very most, if not below average.. your chest cannot have grown enough since august to be 'massive' sorry. I also like how you're now apparently 89kg, when your topic says 86kg, so you've gained 3kg and maintained the bodyfat % since making that topic? deciding not to count calories is the biggest mistake you could make considering losing weight is ALL about being in that calorie deficit..... literally, you can do everything "wrong" but if you are in the calorie deficit you'll lose fat. and yeah 2800 cals, that sounds like a lean bulk for you rofl not a cut, even 2.3k cals sounds too much for you, research it and actually work out ur maintenance properly based on your activity lvl/lean body mass etc. make sure you weigh yourself once a week, preferably at the same time, if your not losing around 2lb a week (i assume you won't when not tracking macros) re-think calorie intake.

nice bro-diet plan bro, once you've given that up in a week or 2. look into IF / IIFYM.

also once you come here frustrated in a week or 2, the only "fat burners" lol, that do anything are EC/Yohimbine/clen/dnp / auchwitz

According to the article "Tris" posted I should be eating 2500 calories when cutting to avoid losing muscle, 1000 from protein, 900 from carbs and 600 from fat, doesn't sound right lol

dw about losing muscle, you've not got any, eat 12 calories a day, you'll get lean nice and quick

Listen manlet, I've packed on more muscle than you could dream of ALL NATTY. Just because you're a manlet and will naturally fill out quicker, doesn't mean you're some kind of expert.
