if i could remember all the things i thought about reading this i would have it all here but i only remember a few things lol

1. so is this why America is much less intelligent than other countries??

2. believe what you want. i'm a christian but i don't believe EXACTLY in what a christian believes...

3. religion is cause for war; i still hate how this is true considering if people would take the time to look at their religions, most of the time their religion encourages peace... like the 'legends' you mentioned... i think alot of them are similar among different religions.

I'm gonna be completely honest with you even though you will disagree with me but trust me it is the correct answer. I've seen you post in the religion and politics section and you are pretty religious. Your religion (Islam) took away your childhood, your social life sucks and you still have never drank or even went out, thats why. You say you dont like sluts, but sorry man all girls are sluts. Bro do your own thing, you just ruined your entire childhood for a religion and look what it has got you, nothing, you never kissed a girl and your miscing all day looking ugly as fuk. You're so against everything because of your religion that it has got you nothing, except for a good made up afterlife that you seem to think so.

I do not believe in god. My parents are both protestant but I never was really able to get the conection and nobody really forced me. It might eventually come.

The problem you have, is that you have a very close relationship to all members in your family. You have the stronger feeling of guilt and responsibilty than most others here would have. This makes it harder for you to escape your religion.

None the less I do not think that any religion is bad. Religion gives people hope, something to live for, etc.

I respect that.

There is three possible directions this will go.

1) You will find a point why you should believe in your religion and believe out of your heart.

2) You will distance yourself from your family and religion with the consequence that

a) They will respect that which would be great

b) They will disagree with you and you might have a complicated relationship to them in future.

3) You will keep pretending to be a muslim but feel different in your heart.

Trust me. Option 3 will not make you happy on the long run. Be yourself. Live the way you want to, not the way others want you to.
