best way to train attack via bots

so ive been training my attack through free fighter from powerbot and basically what you need to do is go to the chaos tunnels entrance to giant rock crabs (by zammy mage) if you take the south portal here you come to dagonhai monks due to a glitch with eoc or something they only hit 1s so if you take a full inv of sharks you can last ages down there

they also are combat 170 odd with only 800 hp so u can easily get 90-100k exp an hour in here.

I recommend wearing ring of life just in case and you will need to rebank yourself after script stops but its the most relible method ive found

if your doing this legit you could get even more exp

EDIT:only can be used if you want defence since u need do a quest which gives 2k exp

its still a useful guide for any1 wishing to make there turm pures into mains if we go 1-20 def lol

anyway for 1 def id recommend dust devils with the best crush weapon you can use, if your not a high enough lvl for dust devils then im not really sure
