Veta Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 for the past month i've been having lower back pain and it doesnt feel like soreness from over use or lifting. whenever i do sit ups my back cracks every single time i go down. i do sit ups every time i work out and its getting annoying. i play volleyball so im constantly jumping, i work twice a week with my team and over the 2 days my workouts consist of db rows, bench press, hang cleans, shrugs, push press, pull ups, db incline bench press, sit ups, front squats, burpees, and various types of mountain climber work outs and im sure i missed a few things gonna do some research of my own but i figured someone might of experienced this

Luke Posted November 29, 2012 Posted November 29, 2012 I get pretty constant back pain when I exercise.. You may have an underlying back issue. I have scoliosis personally, so I do specific stretches pre and post workout if I do any core or back or even arms.

k or as i Posted November 29, 2012 Posted November 29, 2012 ... i garantee you its either because your using bad form when lifting or your using weights that your lower back can not handle yet
Belgian Posted November 29, 2012 Posted November 29, 2012 If it continues you should go see a doctor who will be able to help you further but for now i'd slow down a bit whit the exercises
