f2p 1 def set up for all styles and level reqs

after my p2p topic i thought it would be wise to give the best set ups for f2p for all the combat styles as well as there strengths and weaknesses in prep/mini wars or wildy run ins.

1st of all i would like to say try to get used to all 3 combat styles and get the best equipment you can for them all since its more important now more then even to balance all 3 styles of combat in f2p warring.

I also recommend brining a 2h melle weapon with all combat styles so you can use smash to take overheads off (d scim spec)

WHEN F2P WARRING ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOU BONFIRE BOOST YOUR HP AND KEEP ANTICIPATION UP AT ALL TIMES

ALSO HAVE OVERHEADS ON ACTION BAR SO IF YOU GET SCIM CUT U CAN EAT WHILE PUTTING PRAY BACK ON

MAGE

A mages main strengths in f2p warring are his abilties to bind enemies and get a decent pile going the threshold ability asphyxiate is devastating when used on pepole below 50% health make sure to stay with the group to avoid becoming an easy target

Best f2p mage set up

havent tested what splashing is like with studded but hp and armour seems worth it could replace with monks bottom wizard robes arent worth it at all

p.s hat is callled 1st tower hat and is 5 times better then wizard hat and is from the new rune mysteries quest take likes 5 miniutes to do.

f2p set up with no gravite

almost identical to the set up above you will be doing less damage but have a faster casting speed then a staff can replace arcane with power if you dont have

RANGE

Rangers best move is by far fragmentation shot make sure to use it on a moving foe and it will deal some crazy damage they also have a binding shot which is very useful for when an enemy is kiting you away. I advise putting kick on your action bar to stun any melle coming close to you

Best range set up

important note you can now use rune arrows in f2p so make sure to stock up i advise using the mage hat instead of coif because it has 5 x the hp boost and armour.

Yes you can now use a magic shortbow in f2p due to rune being moved to 50 attack they needed ranged and mage equals, however unlike many pepole believe the magic bow is weaker then a gravite

MELLE

By far the best ability for a meller is the smash allowing you to scim cut an enemy every 20-30 seconds odd (forgot cooldown) also they have pretty insane burst damage make sure to keep your anticaption up at all times and dont go chasing an enemy into there group

Best melle set up

The diffrence between d spear and g2h is the same as g2h and rune 2h making it a much better weapon id asvise brining a g2h with you as well to avoid pointless degrading and a back up weapon in case it degrades also when melleing i suggest brining binds with you or a bow so when your stunned you can still be doing damage

spear is only about 800k in g2 compared to corrupt d scim which would cost around 2-3m

G2h set up

same as above but with g2h

Rune 2h set up

This is same as gravite 2 h set up however i wouldnt advise using a rune 2h in a prep with a d spear being fairly cheap in ge only use in wild return fights or high risk worlds

FOOD

its up to you swordies heal less then a full pizza but also use less adrenline but pizzas will make you last longer if you can tank/drag well
