Walli Posted December 2, 2012 Posted December 2, 2012 Made a topic the other day about bulking etc, I have enjoyed the bulk although only really gone at it for like 6 weeks or so. Today though I paid for my Rugby tour... its labelled as tour but basically it is just a week with 10k other students from all unis and sports clubs getting fucked up and not a single sport was played on that day lol Deposit down Along side that, I managed to get a hold of the Work out routines my old uni club has been put on this year by their new coach who used to be the Strength and conditioning coach at Halifax and a few other big clubs. This is what it is, feel free to use if you like the look but it is based for rugby and not body building. inserting the tables failed epicly so editted out ~ will look to upload the word documents so you can check out the routines Try these Mass - Pre season Strength session - During season https://docs.google....djZpYzVPdnhoRm8 Power - Done during season alongside strength https://docs.google....dW5xM2FCWDJLR2s I will be doing the Strength / Power Sessions and routines and giving them a go. Hopefully will see some gains rugby wise aswell as strength / muscle wise. I will however, be changing up my diet and lowering my carb in take throughout the week. I will be eating minimal carbs and what carbs I do eat will be 6g in each protein shake and then green veg / sweet potatoes with 1 meal a day. I will be consuming mostly protein / good fats. This may seem odd or stupid for the type of workout i will be doing but i am hoping it will work nicely as a cut. Why I am starting to want to cut now? Because in 3 weeks i will drink a lot and eat a lot over xmas, i do not plan on doing anything other as **** it, its xmas. Then Jan - first of april when i go on tour I want to get in the best shape I can aesthetically, i.e. lose as much BF as i can whilst retaining muscle and staying in shape to be good at rugby. At the end of my last cut I was 85/86kg At the end of this lil bulk I am 91kg (wasnt 100% clean obv) Not sure on date of this or how far into it These two were taken today ~ My big goal through the bulk was to develop my shoulders in particular my delts. I believe I have done ok with that and it will be a lot more apparent an visible when into the cut. So, will see how it goes and look to post updates when i can be arsed or if i think its worth while. Interested to see if any1 else tries this who does sport? see if you benefit from it?

UnKiLable Posted December 2, 2012 Posted December 2, 2012 Looks like you have the Endomorph body type. Go drop 20 lbs and get lean + still build the same amount of strength
Tris Posted December 4, 2012 Posted December 4, 2012 Looking good man, def have put some mass on, back is looking swole. The two routines you shared with us are quite good.
Tango_Oscar Posted December 6, 2012 Posted December 6, 2012 You've still got so much fat to lose, so i dont understand why you're looking at mass gaining / strength programs.
I Sh00t U I Posted December 19, 2012 Posted December 19, 2012 Idk but if your looking to look like zyzz like most people in this clan lol Then you need to lose allot of bodyfat, i think you've got bored of it or have given up, its so hard to get into losing fat but once your in its not so hard you just have to throw everything at it. You'll look better and bigger for losing the bodyfat also.
