Tris Posted December 4, 2012 Posted December 4, 2012 Was inspired by Walli to show my progress so far. Been lifting about 15 months now properly with diet mostly down, messed up here and there, especially at the start as I had no idea on diet/routine. Started 94 kilograms 25% bodyfat, down to roughly 12% 82 kilograms at the moment. Would like to lean out to about 79.5-80 kilograms at 10% in the next 2-3 weeks before I go to the gold coast on holiday but that's a stretch, will have to either do a huge amount of cardio or increase my deficit by a few 100 calories.. Starting to bulk again in the new years since I've been on cut for around 14 weeks now which I personally feel is a bit too long as I've lost a 1-2 reps on a few exercises. http://imagecdn.body...qMIJwujvVru.jpg http://imagecdn.body...lakTiLHhjRx.jpg http://imagecdn.body...ZBvYIJlICbX.jpg Pics are quite big and the lighting isn't the best. I'm not totally happy with my progress but not totally unhappy either. Gym has changed my life quite substantially, I've changed my career path from IT to being a personal trainer/gym instructor just having finished my qualifications. I can give advice here and there if you would like it but for the most part I am still learning something new every once in a while as with time comes experience and knowledge.
k or as i Posted December 4, 2012 Posted December 4, 2012 (edited) strong triceps need more delts leg pic and back? so we can see the whole package no homo you sure 12% BF? looks more like 14%-16% Edited December 4, 2012 by k or as i
Tris Posted December 4, 2012 Author Posted December 4, 2012 I've got my bf % checked by a personal trainer and used a BIA machine, both were 12-13% and that was a few weeks ago so I'd like to think I was more around 12%. 12% isn't definite ab definition, its more when one's abs start to come through, differs for every person though, also depends on the state of hydration, carbs etc. I don't have any back/leg photos right now but I'll take some over the next few weeks. Delts def lack, neglected shoulders quite hard though the 15 months of training, going to hit shoulders twice a week when I start my next bulk.

Tris Posted December 5, 2012 Author Posted December 5, 2012 Thanks niggas. Ph0ne we will see mate we will see.
Tango_Oscar Posted December 6, 2012 Posted December 6, 2012 Ur higher than 12% bf mate. Being well hydrated and just eaten gives you a flat/puffy stomach but will not give you the hips like you have in picture 2. Anyways bud, well done on the progress keep it up :)
Tris Posted December 6, 2012 Author Posted December 6, 2012 Thanks man^^ Yeah I've had a look at others that sit between 10-12% and I'd say I've got 1-2% to go. Upping the HIIT for the next two weeks and might try keto I dunno, plateaued pretty hard around here, I really want to get back on bulk too but would love 10% first.
