I did Desert Treasure on a lvl 43 before. It's easy to an extent.

To kill the trolls, get a cannon and place it at the entrance to the gate. Then head up to the left side of the gate and let the cannon work its magic until all trolls are dead.

What you then want to do is bank, and take out some food, your spiky boots and fire bolt. Kamil seems to be less resistant to fire than to anything else, and the stat reductions will take a while to get down your levels from bolt. If you want, you could try blast, but I'd be safe and do bolt.

Find a willing high level with prayer and have him/her lead you through the gate and through the big pack of wolves. Once at the end of the wolves, you'll see a rock. Have your level 100 friend stand on one side of the rock, with you behind them. Once Kamil comes, he will mage you through your friend, however his mage hits a max of 5. Just fire bolt/blast/whatever him until he dies.

I did DT on my rune pure with 31 prayer and 45 defence it was easy 3/4 of the bosses were soloable (Kamil was a bitch because of the wolves/trolls so I brought a friend to help me get to Kamil but there's a safe spot for Kamil without using a friend to block him).

I didn't use a cannon I fireblasted him. There's a rock you can get him stuck on.
