So in the Fitness & Health section all of you guys are talking about weight-lifting, bulking, and getting HUGE. Are any of you avid runners? I myself have been a runner my entire life, and it is my favorite thing to do. I have run cross country and track in high school, and plan to go on to college to run both as well. I have ran two marathons, and plan to run many more throughout my life (I'm 17). I'm posting this just to see if any of you are runners, and if so, share some of your goals/accomplishments :P

because most pepole arent intrested in it if you lift and jog at the same time your just losing potential muscle of course running helps with alot more things but doesnt look as pleasing as big ass muscles

Skipping/Joging/Rowing machines/Exercycle are good cardio if you want to burn BF% and not so much muscle just make sure you're eating right and you wont lose muscle.

I run about few miles almost everyday to keep my stamina awesome, as I am soccer/football player.

I also go to forest's and other places with my dog, and we run there. Good 'fatburning'.

Running is great cardio and you won't look like that on the left because he probably doesn't even eat. Remember diet is key.

Are you silly? Do you not realise how much energy the body needs to be able to run long distances? Where do you think he's getting it from if he doesn't eat?
