Hey guys welcome to my little New Years Resolution diet goals. My goal is to hit 14-16% percent bf.Ive learned alot this couple of months. I have a strict diet plan I'm following now. Hope all goes well Starting 20% bodyfat from Christmas/New Years eating mad crazy. Going to be doing alot of cardio. I will update this every couple of weeks with pictures,bodyfat percentages and scales readinds if I can. Going to be hitting 1 or 2 different bodyparts per day.

Good luck man at least you're posting realist goals unlike some people do, I'm sure you'll pass that if you keep it up man.

Gl, remember what i said, cut down on Calories, Protein, Sleep, and Cardio, Lift consistently

Thanks everyone for the support! Update with a clean diet and fitness routine I'm at 19% percent bodyfat now and gain some lean muscle. I started to train some back now more often.I'm feeling great picture!I am thinking of doing some kind of Karate or get into boxing not sure what i want to do.
