had an arm day, gym was packed as fuck with newkids (my bad for not going early in the morning like i normally do)

was midway my routine when i heard this fat fucker on the benchpress huffing and puffing benching 1 plate on each side

suddenly he grabs some dumbbels and copied my exact routine, tried to ignore him but his form was fucking hilarious

anyway was done with the dumbbels i was using so i had to put em back on the rack i walked past him and trust me..

ive never smelled something like this, this faggot literally smelled like shit, made me wna throw up on his face, fucking hell ..

horrible experience thought i could share it with u guys

One time I tried to lie on my back and lift this heavy bar, chest all clenched up and I dropped it on my throat and testicles

half way through my work out got migraine headache. by the time i was finished my vision was shit and i could barely drive home.

wouldn't say it was a 'horrible' experience but when i first started lifting i could bench like 14kg dumbbells and i didnt know how much the barbell weighed and wanted to try barbell bench so i put 10 each side, did 3 reps and failed, dropped it on my lap. then instead of putting it on the ground, stepping over it and putting it back, i stood up with it, and turned round, almost hitting sum1 in the bullocks, drawing a lot of attention to myself. learning experience

oh also once i was practicing squat form in the squat rack without anything on my back and i smacked my nose on the bar that was racked rofl!

I saw a kid like Dizzy in the gym who was trying to bench more then he could. I had just gotten there so I was just looking at all the new kids, and noticed him. I started my workout, it was a leg day, about 15 minutes in he was still trying to bench more then he could. I turned back around to finish my workout, and as soon as I did I heard a huge thump, he had dropped the bar on his chest, then I ran over and got it off him w/e. Was scary tbh, and lets just say, he never came back to the gym hahah

much like dog, was my first ever "chest workout". it was middle of day and nearly no1 was in gym. went for the extra rep and failed. at this point i didn't even know our benches had another set of hooks to dump the bar on if you couldn't make it to the top. so here i am lying down on the bench with the bar on my chest. so instead of dumping it to one side or the other in an attempt to save face i rolled it down my body past my stomach grinding the fuck outta my dick and hip bones because i was a little cunt. to make this situation worse, once i got the bar to my "quads" (which were none existent, so maybe refer to them as thighs) i couldn't stand up. so here i am sitting on the bench with a bar crushing my scrawny ass bird legs. still trying to not look an idiot i continue to sit there until some branch warren looking mother fucker comes up and says "you need help there champ" and curls the bar off my lap. i was ready 2 get the fuck outta dodge but the best bit was that i was only 15 and didn't have my license yet, my mom had dropped me off on her way to get groceries. so i was stuck there.

lookin back i guess that ended up kinda fueling the fire so end of the day it wasn't the worst thing ever. but definitely fucking embarrassing.

Seen this fat guy majorly over weight doing deadlifts i was about 2-3 meters away from him using dumbells on the incline bench and he let the biggest one rip when he just got it past his knees Funniest shit and most disgusting smell ever.

Chest Lift, I had no one spotting me and there wasn't many people at the gym so I decided to do 185, one rep landed on my chest, rolled it down, hit my shaft, scraped my tip, I thought my ballsack popped. Thank the lord no one saw me

When i first started i went to the incline smith machine. This thing is proper old, rusty as shit. So im loading it up thinking 12.5kg on each side wud be enough not thinking about how much the frame weighs - 25kg.

I do about 3, and think oh fuck, i reckon i cud pump one more out. Turns out i couldn't lol. I'm sat here, holding the bar [i could hold it, just couldn't push it up) with no one round me to help. I probably sit here for about 4 minutes, and eventually try to get it on the nearest hook. I then sliver underneath banging my face on it. Dunno if anyone saw, but im not a guy to ask for help, and anyone who came through the front door could look in the mirror and see me lol

Was doing DB bench peak hour. Had just moved up the weight, on the 7th rep I completely fatigued and dropped both dumbbells by my sides smashing my shaker bottle which was full to the brim of water. Needless to say the whole gym heard the shaker break and water went everywhere. What made it worse was that I had to clean it up.

Wait no actually, another horrible gym experience, well more embarrassing again... Was doing arms one day, had already done CGB, skullcrushers, rope pushdowns and overhead tricep extension, so my triceps were fatigued as FUCK. saw 2 scrawny 16 yr old kids, 1 of them was benching 16s with terrible form, so i thought i'd help him out, wasnt tryna be the douchebag whos tryna be personal trainer but their form literally would have done nothing and they'd have carried on till they were told, so anyway, i said come on man that's not gonna do anything, lemme show you proper ROM.. so i take the 16s off him, tricep buckles on the first rep, i drop it on my chest, scrawny kids sat there looking at me like

Me, my ego being bruised i go 'i already did 4 tricep exercises, i usually bench 30s, dw' idk why i felt the need to justify myself to him cause he was shit scared of me stuttering when he spoke to me but i was still embaressed as fuck rofl. but anyway then i picked up the 10s and showed him with those

Also another time i was at the gym

-half way thru set of bicep curls

-spaghetti begins to pour out of my pockets

-oh fuck not again

-throw the dumbbells down and attempt to clean the spaghetti up with my gym towel

-it doesnt work, pasta sauce everywhere, people are pointing and laughing

-start shitting myself with embaressment, shit coming out at 60mph

-attempt to run for the front desk, spaghetti is leaking from pockets too fast

-slip on spaghetti

-rolling around in spaghetti and my own shit
