does any-one know of a good guide/video showing the best render settings with these programs? i'm currently recording with fraps and using a HD 720-30p template that's modified and everything changed to best and rendering with 6mbps 720-25p in WMV format.

this is what the vids currently look like:

i don't know if i'm being over-picky but i want better quality than this. any-one got any sweet settings? :)
