So i'm kinda new to this whole working out buzz i use to just do kickboxing i'm not the most rip the most biggest fucker but at least i'm giving it a go

I'm on house arrest so bare with me I've only got limited things ( 3 months 17 days till i'm off)

Bench press, Kickboxing bag (Helps with cardio), Dumbells 20kgs each at the moment, Ez curl bar, Straight bar

What i do for cardio because i can't go for runs,rowing machines, Exercycle ect

10 Regular Pushups

10 Bodyweight Squats

30 Mountain Climbers

20 Alternating Jumping/Split Squats

10 Diamond Pushups

45 Second Plank Hold

10 Superman Reps

40 Crunches

Rest for 45 seconds. Repeat 4-5 times

So this is when i started

2 months in keep in mind i'm bulking but i still look like shit no defined at all.

3-4 months into it ( Got sick of having long hair in summer and trying to work out) i'm not big well i don't think i am only going to get bigger though.

Actually impressed with your limited resources, and your gains with those resources

thanks man once i can hit the gym that's when i'll make serious gains
