better let that wrist heal 1st

you can train your weaker wrist with low weights and certain exercises so it will heal faster, only 2-4 kgs and longer reps for 1-2 month and should be good

i do have experience in having broken arm for 7 weeks and then doc made me instructions to strengthen up my left arm

ye thats what im doing basically, might get some sort of strap for my wrist too

you contradict yourself.

you say you cant lift big because you have pins / injury to your wrist.

then go on to say cant lift big because the wrist is healed but no muscle there...

1) your wrist muscle is hardly the be all and end all and doesnt affect several exercises you can do. At most its for your stability.

2) this is just a case of man the fuck up and build it up then. Stop accepting it as a given you cant do big weight and just do them. Build it slow and gradual but none the less build it.

Doing high rep pussy work out when you weigh 3 stone wet through aint going to do shit.

Also eat more... sound like you ney sin a proper meal.

Snap your arm literally in half completely cracking the bone in 8 places throughout the wrist, have the bone reset like that for a week, then have to have the arm rebroken in 8 places and then have metal pins put in, the bone is weak, the muscle, because of the bone, isnt as strong as the right arm. I can't lift heavy, because of the weak bone, and it isnt helped by the lack of muscle compared to the right arm.

When i said healed, i referred to the scar that is there from the incision, there are no external injuries visible.

you ignored the question to try and flame me when you're a fat fuck pls sir when you have control come back

ere you fucking cretin, stop getting a hard on and calm down.

You actually just explained properly the problem which you failed to do in your first few posts. I was not flaming, i was just going off what you told us and what the hell you were asking or what i thought you were trying to ask.

I am not questioning the severity of your injury from fisting your arse i believe it is true and i dont care if it isnt, it was simply the fact of when somebody asked if it was healed you said yes which to me meant there was not an issue with the injury just an issue with strength.

Therefore as i said its about building the strength up and nothing more and nothing less, something doing little weights for many reps and no amount of sit ups and pull ups will change or do.

You dont weigh fuck all and you dont lift fuck all, its not a flame its an accurate observation if it was not true you would not be here posting this right now so instead of being butthurt about it deal with it and get on with it. You can call me fat but hey... i lift decent weight and im content with how i look and what i do as you dont see me posting asking for help and advice to improve myself lol.

You honestly say you wanna put on some size and some strength gains but you dont even go to a gym which isnt the end of the world but then with limited to some dumbells which dont go to any great weight you are also saying you have a weak bone which if its a bone issue then it isnt just going to go away. Doing pull ups wont improve you any further, if you are doing 20 with ease then you need to be doing weighted pull ups now for a start if you wanna build muscle signficantly by doing them.

Doing high reps with a low weight dumbell is simply not going to get you what you want whether you like that blunt truth or not.

So unless you can invest in some wrist straps which actually work and/or make a difference for you i would say you wont be putting on any size or gains any time soon.

I also highly doubt you eat anywhere near the right food or right amount of it to put on size and gains, if you cant afford the gym then you probably cant afford the rest of it.

Dont ask for advice you dont want to hear little boy.

my bodies nicer than yours bigger boy

I have a trainer that handles this all for me, so i've never got down and actually had to find a good workout for myself. Best of luck to you though. :)
