I play football (soccer) and im looking for ways to get my legs stronger, maybe even practice my endurance with out actually going outside in the dark when its late, i wanna still do something to help me get better.

Please u guys are gurus to me help me out

Do some in home workouts, Body squats, Lunges calve raises. If you have weights do them all with weights pretty simple stuff for the basic growth.

Go jogging or running everyday. If u jog or run 20-30 minute a day you would be able to visually notice a change in your leg within 2 weeks.. You can pm me or post on this topic.

squats, leg press, do them explosively with high rep range (15ish) for anaerobic strength

or do those jumping squat things, idk what they're called but fighters use them for anaerobic leg strength

Whatever you do, remember you're training for speed/strength, not mass so be careful when listening to bodybuilders giving you advice about training legs

Last thing I'd advise you to do is take advice from hotkeying as for he spend 3000$ on food and supps per month but looks like a normal dude that plays gameboy color.

Hot keying hit some good points but you might be a bit young to start lifting and stuff. I use these things called jumpsoles to increase my verticle for Vball. Also if you have any dumbells laying around you can hold them and simply jump. Jump rope is good for endurance and strength

And If you don't want to go out side like you said, Jog in place and do high jumps. Build up some endurance, Body exercises won't build you mass if you do them for reps it might put some muscle on but nothing dramatic, Those basic leg exercises with a little endurance will be perfect for you.

p.s being described as looking "normal" by some scrub who I don't even acknowledge yet clearly doesn't like me for whatever reason, is rather complimentary. I mean i'd say that puts me at the top of the food chain wouldn't you? This is, after all, the internet :).

If you're going to insult/troll someone, try to use a word that's ACTUALLY insulting...now I know what you're thinking "shit, hotkeying is a boss, what can i say to insult him?" Well the answer is nothing, you shouldn't say anything to me, other than "How can I be like you?!?!"
